Making A Purchase Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please note some items are priced and sold each or per box, if ordering less than the box quantity simply enter the total items required, if ordering a box quantity please select the boxed price in the drop down list and enter the quantity of boxes required. It is also possible to order a combination of the same product boxed and loose by following each step described above. Currently, we supply our products only to customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Any backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments on line using a secure payment provider, this means that we do not see or save any card details on our systems.
When you are ready to give your card details at the checkout, you will be taken to the secure SellerDeck Payments service.
Select your Card Type and then wait until the page has refreshed before continuing through to the other questions.
Please note that we will obtain authorisation from your card issuer to reserve funds for your purchase. However, your card will not be charged until your order is ready to be despatched.
You must enter the invoice address, phone number and email of the card holder for the purchase to be authorised. We may ship to an address different from the card Invoice address, provided that this address is on record with your Credit/Debit Card Company. If the shipping address is not on record with your Credit/Debit Company, it may delay delivery or your order may not be processed.

If you prefer to pay by Cheque or Bank transfer, please select 'Invoice with Order' at the checkout and we will contact you to confirm availability then you will be sent an invoice with the full details of your order and how to pay.

An e-mail will be sent to acknowledge your order to us but no payment will be taken until we check our stock, we will then call you to confirm the delivery date.
Once in receipt of your payment your order will be dispatched as per our shipping and handling terms.
You will be sent a receipt separately by email or if prefered, by post to the invoice address supplied.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We use the most appropriate and cost effective method of shipping by parcel carrier, Royal Mail for small items and large bulky consignments by pallet or our own vehicle. There may be an handling charge for consignments over 1200mm in length. Deliveries will be made between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm and will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery the carrier will leave a card with details of how to re-arrange delivery.
For most orders the carriage charge is calculated automatically using a combination of weight/volume and/or type of product.
However, carriage on some orders may be incorrect as some combinations are difficult to calculate effectively. In this case we calculate the total carriage at cost and contact you to confirm the total value to ensure we charge the correct amount. As a guide, most orders valued under £50.00 have a delivery charge of £8.95 excluding VAT and most orders valued between £50.00 and £100.00 have a delivery charge of £9.45 excluding VAT.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. In the event that the condition of any packaging indicates possible damage you may accept the delivery but please write "goods unchecked" on the carrier's delivery note. If you decide to refuse delivery please contact us stating the reason and we will investigate the problem with the delivery company. After we have ascertained the problem we will call you back to discuss the options. If necessary we will arrange for another consignment to be shipped as soon as possible subject to availability.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within two business days. In some circumstances this may not be possible as some products are made to order or we may have to collate your order to minimise delivery charges. We will always contact you first to ensure that the delivery date is acceptable. We may offer other options or an alternative product if any goods are required sooner.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Consumer
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Businesses may not cancel or return orders without the agreement of MK1 Display Solutions Ltd.
Returns on stock
productsin good condition may be possible at the discretion of MK1 Display Solutions Ltd. A restocking charge of £5 plus10% of theinvoiced value will be levied on any business cancelling or returning orders. The customer shall also pay foranyfurther costs, claims, losses or expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation or return of the order.
Consumers wishing to exercise their rights under Distance Selling Regulations and cancel an order must provide written notice within 7 days from the day after the goods were received and are required to return the items. The Customer shall incur the full cost of returning the goods and shall take reasonable care to ensure that MK1 Display Solutions Ltd receive the goods and that they are not damaged in transit. Under no circumstances can orders for custom made products be cancelled or the items returned.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
