These inserts have a 'L' shaped profile.
Therefore, please ensure they are inserted with the gap at the bottom.
Concealing screw heads with inserts
We recommend that 'L' shaped aluminium inserts are fitted by sliding into each slat (as illustrated) after fixing each panel and before locating the next panel.
Corner and Recess
Our clip-in aluminium inserts can be used as an alternative to the 'L' shape type where there is no room to slide-in the inserts.
Quantity of inserts required per panel
23 for each Portrait Panel (1200 x 2400mm)
11 for each Landscape Panel (2400 x 1200mm)
11 for each Half Panel (1200 x 1200mm)
(when fitting two half or Landscape panels to make a full 2400mm in height a total of 23 inserts will be required)
